Very nice hotel, clean and comfortable rooms with nice complementary breakfast. Staff was nice and its in a nice location.

We have stayed at this location multiple times for business. The number one reason they get our business is the people! Staff members like Brenda that make sure guests have a delicious hot breakfast every morning. She has a smile and a friendly greeting for every guest. Mack, Carlos and all the others at the front desk, don't just sit there, they actively engage with everyone going in or out. They have smiles. They are contagiously kind and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable. The pool is spectacular. It has easy access to get in and out, unfortunately the older I get, the more I appreciate that feature, especially in hotel pools. The breakfast/ hospitality space is comfortable and inviting. The outdoor firepit and grill area, allows groups large or small to congregate outside. The budget saver for families and individuals alike, the in room kitchenette. Bring a few snacks or groceries and save the delivery fees or the trips to expensive restaurants for every meal. I gave our room a 5 . Was it perfect no, there was a rough seam in the carpet, there were a few holes in the curtain liner that looked like a zealous four legged guest wanted a view of the walkway. The closet door stuck on one side, and there was scratched paint on the back of the bathroom door. Why did I give it a 5? The cleanliness is number one. The layout is number 2. I could go on but I say, consider this hotel if you are planning a stay in KC!

We had an excellent stay at TownePlace Suites Briarcliff. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and perfect for families. Breakfast was nice with good options to start the day. The area felt very safe, quiet, and relaxing. Another big plus — all main attractions like the zoo, aquarium, and WWI museum were just a short drive away. Overall, a wonderful and convenient place to stay in Kansas City!

This hotel was very nice. The room was clean, well stocked with towels and pillows, and had plenty of outlets. Autumn at the front desk and house keeping were both very helpful and kind when we needed help. We would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here due to a house fire. We were here for over a month. They allow dogs. We had 3 dogs with us. Staff is great, super friendly. The breakfast is the bomb. Also, Ms. Brenda, the lady that does. The breakfast is super awesome. How's a salt water pool a gym and laundry room $75 load. But they give you soap and dryer. Sheet Yes.

The customer service is above 100 percent always. The rooms are very clean. Amenities are awesome! Breakfast amazing! Location is safe. I love this place and the workers!!!!

This suite hotel is in a great location. I stayed for a week here and found that the hotel was well maintained, clean and had all the amenities that I was looking for. I had some very early starts so I was gone before the breakfast bar was open, but the night shift front desk manager David went above and beyond to provide me with a few breakfast provisions so I could utilize the in-room kitchen. It really made my stay more enjoyable and I appreciate the extra effort! On the last day of my stay, I was able to utilize the hotel breakfast, and found the breakfast was very well appointed, clean, and tasty. Brenda was very friendly and really wanted to ensure the hotel guests had a great breakfast. I would definitely recommend this hotel based on the pleasant and helpful staff that I met while here.

The hotel is amazing. I love the patio outside with grills on it and plenty of seating available. They could definitely use some shade on it . The rooms were nice , I loved having a full size fridge . We didn't cook in the room but it's adequately stocked that you can make a meal in there . We stayed Thursday to Sunday. We had to beg the lady in the hotel to give us clean towels , they were apparent short towels . We never once had our room cleaned in 4 days , at least take the trash out . The overnight help was brutal . There was a guy wearing a skirt who told the 16 year old boys that they needed a adult to walk them around the hotel. They can legally drive a car , pretty sure they walk down the hallway without their parents holding their hands Would I stay here again.? Probably, definitely at another location for sure
